These Plandome Heights, Long Island homeowners wanted an elegant traditional design for their three-story custom waterfront home overlooking Manhasset Bay. No detail was overlooked. Along with the outdoor living facelift, we improved stormwater drainage and added an appealing athletic feel with a synthetic grass parking area in the front and a garage parking area down below. The 15′ elevation change from the front of the house to the backyard is softened beautifully with colorful planting and a series of retaining walls. The fountain functions as a water retention area while also adding movement and character to the yard.
